Head Office

You can telephone or email by using our general query submission form and we can help you find the answer to general questions about thyroid condition. Head office is open Monday to Thursday between 10am - 4pm. Please call 01423 810093.

We may not be available to answer every call straight away as our staff also have other responsibilities. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message with your name and contact number and we will try our best to call you back within 48 hours. At busy times this may take longer. Please note that our office is closed on Fridays and weekends.

The cost of calls from mobiles and other networks may vary so please check with your service provider.
